I don't think that people are coordinated yet because as I get to yard for appointment I get told to go park, takes half hour to come get me and tell me what dock Number as I backup to dock light is red so I stop and ask takes 15 minutes for them figure out the lights just broken, at brand new facility?? Took almost 3.5 hrs to get loaded and be able to leave.
